Is it just me, or are there a lot of women with dense breasts?
I went for my first mammogram at 50 and, after both a mammogram and an ultrasound, they now want me to have further testing. I’m concerned.

Is it just me who is trying to break the cycle of having a mother who couldn’t love her daughter?
There’s still a little girl inside me who may never understand. Now, when I look at my own children and feel how much love I have for them, I understand even more deeply what the absence of that love meant for me.Breaking the cycle and finding genuine self-love without the inner critic can feel incredibly lonely.

Parents, grandparents, teenagers and small kids. The full shebang. They all looked so happy together and I thought what pleasure it must be even just preparing for that event. All deciding on what…

Is it just me or when you lose someone are you more inclined to people watch and crave those everyday moments even more with the person you’ve lost?
When I lost my mum I was on maternity leave meaning I was frequently out and about going for coffees or long walks with the pram. All I could see were women of my mum’s age perhaps slurping some hot soup or spreading a scone with butter and jam. My mum used to slather the butter on like it was her last meal, a trait I seem to have adopted, and I know this because many…

Is it just me who is already really worried about high school, college and applying to them?
I’m currently in middle school at a prestigious school and already anxious about what comes next.
